Saba is a PhD candidate at VU Amsterdam, researching how medical professionals interact with AI in radiology as part of the LIAISON project. With a Cum Laude master’s in pharmacy and experience in health-tech, she has worked at the intersection of medical education and technology, developing educational content for healthcare professionals. She also holds a professional diploma in digital learning design and is deeply interested in how people learn—especially in the evolving landscape of AI-assisted healthcare.

In 2015, she earned a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences and in 2018 a master's degree in Neurosciences from the University of Amsterdam (UvA). She then began her PhD at the Amsterdam UMC, focusing on ischemic stroke. Since 2023, she has been working as a teacher at the Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy department at the University of Applied Sciences of Inholland in Haarlem.
